Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: Preston
Salary: 25,000
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our clients rapidly expanding IT team based in Preston City Centre. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the staff internally and to solve any IT issues as well as technical guidance to staff.
Responsibilities:
- Use various technologies, including hardware and software, networks and user access
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide effective technical solutions
- Monitor and maintain a secure network environment
- Provide technical support to users in an efficient and friendly manner
- Ensure that all IT systems and applications are running smoothly
- Identify and implement improvements to IT systems and processes
- Liaise with senior members of staff for technical support
Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite including Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Knowledge of networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V
