• Lead end-to-end project management for IT infrastructure initiatives in the public transport sector including scope, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with government agencies, IT teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement best practices for IT governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Oversee data center, cloud, networking, security, and business continuity components.
• Utilize Agile or Lean practices to enhance collaboration and project delivery efficiency.
• Develop KPIs and status reports for leadership and clients to track progress.
• Drive continuous improvements across process and technology.

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on IT project management experience, especially on infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience in public transport, smart cities, or similar public-sector projects is highly valued.
• Certifications like PMP, Prince2, ITIL, AWS/Azure Cloud or similar will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Jira.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
