Day to day duties of the IT Infrastructure Engineer:
As the IT Infrastructure Engineers will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, offering comprehensive solutions in IAM, PIM, PAM, and MDM cloud-based services. You will be working closely with the operational management teams and administration of IT systems such as Mobile Device and Application Management that is using the Azure Directory services. The role involves troubleshooting and incident investigation, reporting and liaising throughout the request-delivery-support cycle, and validating technical business requests.
To be considered for the IT Infrastructure Engineer position you will need:
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
Strong experience in designing and managing IT Security controls.
ITIL v3-v4 foundation certificates.
Microsoft 365 Identity MS-100
Microsoft 365 security admin MS-500
Strong understanding of Data Loss prevention policies.
What would be extra awesome:
Experience with multi-vendor patching products and procedures.
Experience using apple based security products, Using Apple Business Manager and Microsoft MDM.
