Within the Global IT HUB Organization, you will be working closely with the IT HUB management team Middle East & Africa (MEA)and be involved in Key projects, coordination, and support of critical Hub topics.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Business Partner to join our team and be a part of driving our Global IT Hub Strategy in the Middle East & Africa Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digitalization, projects, project coordination, and expertise supporting critical IT topics when required within the regional context. This role requires a strategic thinker who can understand issues raised, work proactively and focus on initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring the organization's technology is scalable, reliable, and efficient.

• Support & work closely with the head of IT Hub Business Engagement MEA in formulating & implementing strategic plans to align with the overall company objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and Hub strategy accordingly.
• Work closely with the Head of IT Hub Business Engagement MEA to manage and resolve any regional issues or conflict and to be involved in gathering and analyzing data to provide insightful reports to aid decision making.
• Support the IT Hub management team with operational and excellence related topics in Global Hub. Support the IT hub team in being responsible for project roll outs and project coordination where and when required.
• Work closely with the IT Hub management teams in Ensuring Hub productivity measures are tracked effectively and facilitating reporting where needed.
• Collect and gather regular 'Key Project' reporting on various running projects / topics to support the IT Hub leadership team and make such reporting available for IT Hub Board reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong understanding of hardware IT technologies, trends, and best practices incl. AI
• To find your way in your new international environment you bring fluent in English skills spoken and written
• Personally, you convince with a structured way of working, show a high degree of independence, organizational talent, teamwork and a clear communication style.
• Commercial / finance business acumen is an advantage
