IT Billing & Asset Management Executive at GMG. The Billing Executive is responsible for managing the billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining financial records. The role also includes responsibilities related to asset management, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and reporting of company assets.

The Billing Executive is responsible for managing the billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining financial records. • Landline & Internet connections: regulate & monitor landline connections across UAE.
• Comprehensive analysis on service rental, addons, usage charges (international, local, special numbers, calls to mobile numbers).
• Raise misused/over-usage cases to respective BU head.
• Monitor on-time payments to support business continuity.
• Relocate/discontinue store locations and ensure immediate closure of fixed line connections.
• GSM communications: regulate and monitor billing of SIM cards across UAE; routine consumption supervision of each unit.
• Monitor on-time payments to support business continuity.
• Data analysis (trend analysis on billing value, usage charges, addons, etc.).
• Monthly deductions / 3D billing process.
• Oversaw other MIS activities.
• Asset management responsibilities: maintain an up-to-date asset register; track asset movements, acquisitions, disposals, and transfers; conduct periodic asset audits and physical verification; ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures; collaborate with procurement and IT for asset lifecycle management.

• Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and MIS report preparation
• Billing process knowledge

• SAP, ERP

• 2-4 years of experience in billing, finance operations, or asset management.
