Islamic Finance Associate / Senior Associate / Counsel with c.5-10 pqe sought to join a global law firm to play a key role in its high end and well established Dubai / Middle East practice.
Responsibilities- Cover the full mix of Islamic financing work, including large-scale financings from outset to conclusion.
- Work closely with the lead Partner, broader team and clients on transactions in the UAE, the broader Middle East and Africa.
- Support the firm's clients, which include banks, corporations, financial institutions, etc.
- Common Law qualified; Islamic Finance and/or Real Estate Finance experience.
- 5-10 pqe based in the UAE / GCC with a legal directories ranked law firm, or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia or New Zealand.
- The firm is interested in a high-calibre individual who will be able and comfortable working independently and/or within a team structure. High quality real estate lawyers relocating to Dubai and specialising / training in Islamic Finance are also welcome for consideration.
Excellent global law firm tax-free rates of remuneration on offer to attract a high-calibre individual. For those relocating internationally with the remuneration levels on offer and as income tax-free this can lead to a potential increase in net/take-home remuneration of 50-80%, making for an attractive financial prospect.
