• The Investor Relations Manager will assist in managing communications between the company and its investors and key stakeholders
• The role supports the clear and accurate sharing of the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook, helping to maintain transparency and strengthen investor confidence

• Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy to strengthen engagement with the investment community
• Prepare, review, and present financial communications, including earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and regulatory filings
• Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and peer performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Communications, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and accuracy in external messaging
• Maintain comprehensive records of investor interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Proven track of experience in investor relations or finance or related financial roles
• Strong understanding of Investor Relations responsibilities, including financial reporting, stakeholder communications and engagement
• Strong knowledge of financial practices and corporate reporting processes
• Fluency in English & Arabic
