- Manage investor platforms and portals, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Schedule and coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM systems and organize investor leads for clear pipeline tracking.
- Prepare investor updates, reports, and communication materials.
- Track funding trends and identify new investor opportunities
2-5 years in fundraising, investor relations, or business development.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Experience with CRM tools and investor platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, DealRoom, or Stonks).
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple investor touchpoints.
