About our clientWe are representing an exceptional opportunity with a government-backed private equity fund based in Abu Dhabi. The team we are working with specializes in buyouts within the technology sector, specifically within the industrials value chain. The fund has a global investment scope and is seeking to expand its team with an investment professional. This role will require full relocation to Abu Dhabi.
What the job involves- Participate in critical elements of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of investment materials.
- Present and discuss investment opportunities with senior team members.
- Develop and articulate comprehensive investment theses and memos.
- Manage and optimize existing investment portfolios globally.
- Work in a small, lean team with a great deal of autonomy.
- You will hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university.
- Experience in an investment bank in M&A and buy-side experience in relevant sectors is required.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modelling are required, along with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
- Ability and willingness to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic and diverse team.
