Meraki Talent is delighted to be supporting a top-tier international firm with the appointment of an Senior International Tax Manager for their Dubai office. This is an opportunity for an International Tax professional to join a global firm with a world-class reputation in cross-border advisory, transactional tax, and international structuring. Our client is a leading global accounting firm with offices across key financial centres and a client base that includes major multinationals from a variety of industries. Their international tax practice is widely recognised for its strength in advising on complex, high-value transactions, particularly across M&A, finance, investment structuring, and global reorganisations. The team operates at the heart of the firm's tax strategy, with close integration across corporate, funds, and finance practices. Due to increased demand in cross-border work, the team is now seeking an International Tax Senior Manager to join them.
Key Responsibilities- Advise multinational corporations, financial sponsors, and investment funds on cross-border tax matters, including corporate structuring, acquisitions, financings, and reorganisations
- Lead on the tax aspects of transactional work, including drafting and negotiating tax provisions in legal documentation (e.g., SPAs, shareholder agreements, loan docs)
- Assist clients in navigating international tax developments, including BEPS, ATAD, Pillar Two,
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in other jurisdictions on multi-jurisdictional advisory and structuring mandates
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to internal knowledge development
- Support business development initiatives, including client presentations and publication of thought leadership
- Minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience within an international law firm or top-tier advisory environment
- In-depth knowledge of International Tax and BEPS Pillar 2 knowledge is required
- Confident communicator with the ability to advise clients and manage projects independently
