Looking for HYBRID Working

Employment Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid Working)
Office Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Remote Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Salary: 23,000 PA

you will play a vital role in our sales process, managing incoming inquiries, providing quotations, and converting leads into valuable sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inquiry Management: Are you the type of person who enjoys engaging with customers? In this role, you'll handle incoming inquiries via phone
  • and email, delivering outstanding customer service and essential information.
  • Quotation: Your attention to detail and ability to understand customer needs will shine as you prepare and send accurate quotations that highlight our value proposition.
  • Follow-Up: You'll take the initiative to proactively follow up on quotations, answering questions and addressing concerns to guide prospects towards conversion.
  • Sales Conversion: Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales, sharing insights and feedback from your customer interactions.
  • Sales-focused mindset? Check! Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales or customer service, will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Your professional demeanor will make a positive impression on our customers.
  • Attention to detail is your middle name! Strong organizational skills ensure that you provide accurate quotations and maintain impeccable records.
  • Self-motivated and proactive? Great! We're looking for individuals who can work independently, take initiative, and contribute to our sales success.
  • Basic computer skills and adaptability to digital tools and software are essential. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
