you will play a vital role in our sales process, managing incoming inquiries, providing quotations, and converting leads into valuable sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Inquiry Management: Are you the type of person who enjoys engaging with customers? In this role, you'll handle incoming inquiries via phone
- and email, delivering outstanding customer service and essential information.
- Quotation: Your attention to detail and ability to understand customer needs will shine as you prepare and send accurate quotations that highlight our value proposition.
- Follow-Up: You'll take the initiative to proactively follow up on quotations, answering questions and addressing concerns to guide prospects towards conversion.
- Sales Conversion: Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales, sharing insights and feedback from your customer interactions.
Qualifications:- Sales-focused mindset? Check! Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales or customer service, will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Your professional demeanor will make a positive impression on our customers.
- Attention to detail is your middle name! Strong organizational skills ensure that you provide accurate quotations and maintain impeccable records.
