White Coat Medical Group is a physician-owned and operated group seeking board-certified Internal Medicine Hospitalists to join our dynamic inpatient team across three hospitals in the Inland Empire region of Southern California: Inland Valley Medical Center, Rancho Springs Medical Center, and Temecula Valley Hospital.
We are currently hiring for two full-time swing shift hospitalist roles and one part-time/per diem night hospitalist role. Whether you're looking for a consistent full-time schedule or a flexible part-time opportunity, we offer a collaborative, supportive environment where you can practice high-quality inpatient medicine.
Current Openings:
  1. Full-Time Hospitalist Swing Shift (2 Openings)
  • Schedule:
    • Full-time, 12-hour swing shifts (Noon-Midnight)
    • Consistent monthly schedule with 7-on/7-off or flexible block options
  • Setting:
    • Inpatient adult care with an average daily census of patients
    • No procedural or call responsibilities
  • Ideal for:
    • Physicians who prefer later-day schedules and a balanced patient load
  1. Part-Time / Per Diem Hospitalist Night Shift
  • Schedule:
    • 6 8 shifts per month (flexible scheduling available)
    • 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a)
  • Setting:
    • Inpatient adult care with a manageable patient volume
    • Support from NPs/PAs and residents
    • No procedures or call beyond shift responsibilities
  • Ideal for:
    • Experienced hospitalists seeking a flexible, part-time role
Responsibilities:
  • Provide inpatient care to adult patients in a community hospital setting
  • Manage daily patient rounds, admissions, and transitions of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality
  • Supervise and mentor medical residents and mid-level providers
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for all documentation and clinical workflows
Qualifications:
  • Active California medical license
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Experience with Cerner (or similar EMR) preferred
  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
