Intern - Regional Wellness Operations - Jumeirah Group & Corporate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional WellnessOperations - Intern to join Jumeirah Group and Corporate - Dubai.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Support regional operations through process review, workflow coordination, and daily activity follow-up.
• Analyze operational data to spot trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities for the region.
• Contribute to regional projects and work with multiple departments to keep communication clear and tasks aligned.
• Help develop, refine, and implement process improvement strategies to boost efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports, presentations, and support KPI tracking to monitor performance.
• Provide administrative support, assist with meetings and events, and help maintain consistent operational procedures across the region.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Detail oriented when reviewing data, reports, and process documentation.
• Strong interest in wellbeing and spa operations, including service standards, guest journey, and wellness-focused initiatives.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
