Job Description
We are seeking a creative and innovative Interior Designer to join our team. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for aesthetics, colors, and design styles, who can transform spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to understand and meet client needs, offering solutions that reflect their vision while adhering to budget constraints. As an Interior Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality designs. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers, enhancing and realizing unique spaces that inspire and impress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts that reflect client requirements and preferences.
• Collaborate with architects and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Create detailed layout designs, including furniture placement and color schemes.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, and decor to complement the design vision.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets to meet client specifications and constraints.
• Use computer aided design (CAD) software to produce design plans and visualizations.
• Update clients on project progress and incorporate their feedback for modifications.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and technologies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct site visits to check on progress and address any design related issues.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Strong understanding of fabric, material, and color theories in design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and artistic with a good eye for detail and quality.
