Interim Centre Director
6-12 months
We are inviting applications for the role of Interim Centre Director to lead the launch and initial operations of a new INTO Centre in Dubai, developed in partnership with Regent College London.
The Interim Centre Directoris critical in ensuring the successful set-up and early operations of the Centre, including establishing systems, recruiting key staff, and building strong working relationships with the partner and local stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Centre operates in line with INTO's standards of academic and operational excellence from the outset.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading the implementation and launch of the INTO Regent Dubai Centre
- Overseeing all aspects of Centre operations including academic, student services, recruitment, finance, and compliance
- Establishing and maintaining a strong working relationship with Regent and other key stakeholders
- Recruiting and onboarding the senior leadership team and core employees
- Representing INTO locally and ensuring smooth coordination with global teams
- Ensuring that the Centre delivers high-quality teaching, student support, and progression outcomes
