Our company is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Intensive Care Consultant to join our dedicated medical team. In this vital position, you will be responsible for providing expert care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), addressing the complex medical needs of critically ill patients.
Base Pay RangeAED660,000.00/yr - AED780,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical assessment and management for patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
- Monitor and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions
- Educate and mentor medical staff, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
- Maintain clear communication with patients' families regarding their care and treatment options
- Engage in research initiatives and contribute to clinical guidelines to enhance patient care
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent with a valid medical license
- Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an intensive care setting
- Strong clinical judgment and decision making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly
