Institutional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to support our business initiatives across MENA and contribute to the growth of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of fiat gateway solution partnerships, Payment-exchange, International Trading, OTC and API client needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Sales Account Development: Identify and nurture major accounts in key markets within MENA, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients. Contribute to account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized client engagement.
  • Fiat Gateway Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with traditional finance, international trade, banks, OTC clients and institutions to expand business opportunities. Utilize existing networks to build strong alliances and facilitate cross-sector collaboration to provide services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and product, to develop strategies that adhere to regulatory requirements and align with business goals and customer needs.

  • Experienced sales professional with a solid understanding of local crypto regulations and a proven record of developing and managing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.
