Inside Sales Specialist

We're seeking motivated individuals to join our client's growing sales team in Pittsburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow a career in financial services, with leads provided, a competitive base + bonus structure, and clear paths for advancement.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with leads to guide clients through mortgage options

• Build rapport with prospective borrowers and understand their financial needs

• Follow up on applications and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth loan process

• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering excellent customer service

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed

• Ability to take feedback and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
