Job Description:

  • All IT infra, NW, Server, Security, and IT System regular maintenance, updating and inventory
  • All coordination with central IT team for necessary application implementation and patches updating
  • New user Email ID creation, Laptop, and all necessary configurations
  • All AMC contracts and repair maintenance work related to IT
  • Support to various businesses on their initiatives, related to IT for workshop, meetings etc
  • All L1 level IT support for applications

Qualification and experience

  • Qualified Computer Engg with L1 / L2 Support experience of 3-5 years
  • Should be qualified CCNA
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Must have worked in corporate office setup and managed senior resources from support Pont of view
