Job Description:
- All IT infra, NW, Server, Security, and IT System regular maintenance, updating and inventory
- All coordination with central IT team for necessary application implementation and patches updating
- New user Email ID creation, Laptop, and all necessary configurations
- All AMC contracts and repair maintenance work related to IT
- Support to various businesses on their initiatives, related to IT for workshop, meetings etc
- All L1 level IT support for applications
Qualification and experience
- Qualified Computer Engg with L1 / L2 Support experience of 3-5 years
- Should be qualified CCNA
- Experience in Project Management
- Must have worked in corporate office setup and managed senior resources from support Pont of view
