We are looking for a skilled Infor M3 ESMR Technical Consultant / Developer with experience in designing, customizing, and integrating M3 for the Equipment, Rental, and Service Management domains. The role requires strong technical skills in M3 development tools, integrations (ION/BOD), and a working understanding of functional processes in equipment lifecycle, rental operations, and field service.

Develop, enhance, and customize applications in Infor M3 ESMR (Equipment Service Management & Rental).

Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and implement customizations, scripts, APIs, and Mashups related to:

Equipment lifecycle and rental management

Service orders and preventive maintenance

Field service dispatch and scheduling

Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using Infor ION, BODs, and MEC.

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using M3 Analytics, Data Lake, and related BI tools.

Perform technical troubleshooting and support activities for ongoing operations.

Support data migration, interface testing, and system performance tuning.

4+ years of technical experience with Infor M3 with at least 2 years in ESMR module.

Proficient in M3 development tools - MAK, H5 SDK, LSO, CMS, and Smart Office scripting.

Strong hands-on experience with ION, BODs, MEC, and M3 APIs (Inbound/Outbound).

Solid understanding of equipment rental, asset tracking, and field service processes.

Experience with data modeling, custom table creation, and workflow automation.

Familiarity with Infor OS, ION Workflow, and Infor Document Management (IDM).

Experience with Infor Data Lake, Compass, and Power BI / M3 Analytics.

Previous exposure to multi-tenant cloud deployments or hybrid M3 environments.

Knowledge of adjacent modules like Inventory, Finance, or Warehouse Management.
