The Talent & Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic management and growth of Ego & East's talents, ensuring that each talent's brand identity, positioning, and collaborations are aligned with their long term goals. The role also involves procuring new business to the division through strategy and pitching.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for talents, managing their projects from calendar scheduling to deliverables and continually consulting them on image, content quality and growth.
- Identify, recruit, and manage high profile potential talents to sign to the agency and potential brand partnerships for all talents.
- Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with brands, agencies and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing & PR team to create competitive pitches and in house initiatives that showcase our capabilities, leveraging our skills and talents for new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and manage talent budgets, ensuring we are maximizing our investments and achieving ROI.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to keep our talent strategy innovative and effective.
- Manage a small junior team of talent managers, providing guidance, mentorship and support.
- Compile and oversee monthly status reports that include each talent's progress and compare monthly performances.
- Collaborate cross functionally with all involved teams to ensure alignment with upcoming activities.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Talent Management and Partnerships.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with high profile clients.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Established network of media and influencer contacts.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
