The role of the Construction Project Manager is to successfully plan, coordinate, manage and oversee execution of assigned projects. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all contracted work is executed in accordance with the Company's policies, including contract documents, budget, schedule, safety, quality control and customer satisfaction. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing all subcontractors/suppliers on each project while also directing all support teams. Ultimately, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with project delivery and repeat business. This is a contract position that is based in the Green River, Wyoming area.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated commitment to Safety
  • 5 years of experience as an Industrial Construction Project Manager
  • Experience developing project specific budgets and schedules
  • Able to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.
  • Significant knowledge of industrial construction methods
  • Able to manage subcontractors and vendors
  • Able to negotiate and track change orders with both owners and subcontractors
  • Strong knowledge of mine safety and operation
  • Able to manage multiple projects and tasks at a time
  • Able to direct teams to ensure accurate completion of project scope
  • Able to meet sensitive timelines
  • Possess valid Driver's License, good driving history and dependable transportation to visit project sites
  • Able to travel to job-sites in state
  • MSHA Surface Miner Training, OSHA 10 Training

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing industrial construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent experience
  • Ability to think and react quickly under pressure
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Ability to deal with unforeseen challenges and variety of personality types
  • High level of customer service
