We are seeking a dynamic and motivated In store Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience within our retail environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for meeting new people, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their shopping journey. As an In store Sales Executive, you will be responsible for fostering positive customer relationships, managing merchandise displays, and contributing to store sales targets. Your effectiveness in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and elevate the store's brand presence and customer loyalty.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist in visual merchandising to ensure an attractive and welcoming store layout.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock rotation and counting.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to educate and assist customers.
• Contribute to maintaining store health and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute marketing events and promotions.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and purchasing trends to management.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized service and outreach.

• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets consistently.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory.
• Motivated, positive attitude with excellent problem solving abilities.
