Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Immigration Consultant. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on immigration issues, managing visa applications, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, assessing their eligibility for various immigration programs, preparing and submitting required documentation, and keeping clients updated on the status of their applications. The consultant will work closely with legal and global teams to provide comprehensive immigration support.
Responsibilities- Advise clients on immigration issues and options.
- Manage visa applications from initial consultation through submission and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in applicable jurisdictions.
- Consult with clients to assess eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Prepare, review, and submit required documentation and forms.
- Coordinate with legal and global teams to provide comprehensive immigration support.
- Keep clients informed about application status and any changes in regulations.
- Expertise in immigration issues and visas.
- Knowledge of law and consulting practices.
- Experience in global immigration practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in handling legal documentation and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within the UAE, is a plus.
