We are looking for a professional and detail-focused IFA Administrator to join our established financial services team in Shrewsbury. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs)
- Process new business applications and ongoing client servicing requirements
- Liaise with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure smooth and timely processing of work
- Prepare documentation and reports for client meetings and annual reviews
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
- Support the financial planning process, ensuring all files are audit-ready
- Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role is highly desirable
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally CRM/financial software systems
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in or progress toward professional qualifications (e.g., CII)
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
