We're hiring experienced RNs and Charge Nurses for both day and night shifts in our critical care units (ICU/TCU). Join a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where your skills matter and growth is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and care for medically complex patients
- Monitor vitals, labs, and manage patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Assist with procedures and communicate with families
- Respond effectively in emergencies
- Active GA RN License
- 1+ year hospital experience (ICU or TCU preferred)
- BLS & ACLS certified
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly
