HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

G4S Patient Transport Services (part of G4S Care and Rehabilitation Services)

Home Based covering North London, Essex and Kent area with travel to sites when required

circa £44,000 per annum depending upon experience plus Company Car

Permanent - Full Time (40 hours per week)

Patient Transport Services

Our Patient Transport Services contract provides transport for non-emergency patients to and from hospital and clinic appointments ensuring the patient s welfare in transit and ensuring that safety and best practice are adhered to at all times. The team is dedicated to the delivery of care achieved with the highest standards of patient safety and experience.

We operate across 2 contract locations; Kent & Medway and London Operations (North and East) where we have a number of Vehicle Depots split across multiple sites within those regions.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Business Partner. You will provide professional field-based HR and ER advice, guidance and support to operational and line management, bringing consistency and best practice across the contracts to ensure HR supports the delivery of local business objectives and provide people insight, advice and address any people risks

About you

As an HR Manager, it is essential that you have experience of working within a multifunctional and demanding environment delivering on multiple ER matters. You will have a consultative and can do attitude, along with an understanding of employment law and current legislation. You will work collaboratively and openly whilst offering effective HR solutions for your business areas.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must alongside keen negotiation and influencing skills. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and challenge where necessary, as well as working proactively and using your own initiative.

You will possess strong organisational and communication skills, have experience of working within a fast paced environment in a similar role and it is key that you are flexible and adaptable to deal with ever-changing scenarios

You will be a dynamic and engaging individual, who shares our ethics and values and is eager to support the HR delivery and local management teams. A proven HR professional with professionalism and integrity, you will be integral to the wider Care and Rehabilitation Services HR team.
