We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and general administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to the overall HR strategy while managing day to day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve employee queries effectively.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support management decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with strong recruitment exposure.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
