Human Resources Business Partner - ZMI Holdings

As a Human Resources Business Partner at ZMI Holdings, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business leaders to provide HR support, foster employee engagement, and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.
Provide HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive work environment and align with company objectives.
Act as a consultant to managers on HR-related matters, including employee development, career path, and succession planning.
Support in leading and facilitating HR initiatives, including workforce planning, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee engagement programs.
Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify talent needs and assist in the recruitment and selection process for key positions.
Support in analysing HR metrics and data to identify trends and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
Provide guidance to managers on effective leadership and people management practices.
Support the HR Director in shaping different strategies and practices for the employees' welfare and overall benefits.
