We are Hiring: HR Assistant - HR Yard Operations
Company: Lamprell Energy Ltd.
Location: Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE
Lamprell is looking for a young and energetic HR Assistant to join our HR Yard Operations team and support our yard-based employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employees with HR queries, documentation & grievance handling
- Coordinate with medical, camp, and internal teams
- Handle leave management, payroll coordination & records
- Ensure timely renewal of visas, insurance, and gate passes
- Arrange vacation/demobilization tickets for employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in HR
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a company of comparable size and industry, based in the UAE
- Yard/site experience of handling a large workforce is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
- Good communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam preferred
