Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources (experience in a school setting is preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR operations and administrative processes
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related documentation
