HR Advisor

An opportunity as HR Advisor has arisen working on a temporary ongoing basis offering an immediate start following completion of interview stage. The successful individual must have experience and knowledge within Employment Law. Qualifications within CIPD is desirable, as well as the ability to confidently and effectively communicate and liaise with clients, and customers.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (school hours & flexi) &/OR 9am to 5pm, 3 full days (Flexi between Mon-Fri)

Pay rate: £16.41 - £17.94 per hour.

Location: Bacup OL13, Lancashire

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated advice and service to clients, in relation to all areas of HR and Employment Law via telephone & email.
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with each client based on confidence, trust and respect with sensitivity for the customs, practises, culture, and personal beliefs of others whilst maintaining the distinction between a personal and professional capacity.
  • Work flexibly and to timescales when communicating with clients. Constantly strive for ways to give our clients more than they expect.
  • Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation, human resources best practice and relevant case law.
  • Share knowledge within the team to ensure continuous development and improvement in the service offered and ensure that every member of the team contributes to achieving the common goals.
  • Keep continuous and clear records of communications with clients or prospective clients on a contemporaneous manner, using the Company s case management systems.
  • Safeguard all confidential, commercially sensitive, or personal data whether belonging to the outsourced HR company or to any of our clients or potential clients.
  • Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required.
  • Recognise opportunities to improve the service to our clients and to communicate these to the relevant Manager.
  • Give free advice to prospective clients when required.

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications within CIPD or equivalent is desirable.

Skills and experiences:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within human resources.
  • Essential to have experience and knowledge dealing with Employment Law.
