Tasks:
1.Managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
2.Training and coaching managers to develop their competence and confidence.
3.Analysing data to identify patterns and trends around employee relations.
Essential:
1. Solid knowledge of employment law, ER processes and best practice.
2. Experience of providing advice to managers on employee relations matters; procedural support at formal employee relations meetings; drafting meeting templates, letters, and other relevant communications; and developing policies and procedures.
3. Strong influencing and active listening skills; good attention to detail; and ability to be organised and efficient when managing competing priorities.
4. Experience of Microsoft 365, particularly the use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
5. Immediate availability
