This newly created supervisory role has become available for Catholic Healthcare residential homes with 80+ beds.

Reporting to the Residential Manager and with a team of indirect hospitality reports, this role will be responsible for:

• Coordinating, monitoring and providing a range of hospitality services, including laundry and cleaning, to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
• Acting as a "buddy" to new members of the hospitality team to assist them become familiar with the Home and requirements of the role.
• Conducting regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and safety of the Home and address any issues promptly.

• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
