12 physician team and 6 APPs
4 physicians and 2 APPs on during the day; 1 swing shift physician; 1 Nocturnist and 1 APP on at night
Nights 7pm to 7am
7 on 7 off schedule
Census:
Night providers split admissions (APPS 4 6 and Physicians 6 8), cross coverage (census of 100) and Rapids (Physicians 2 3)
Closed ICU Intensivist are in-house 24 hours 7 days a week
No procedures
No codes (there is a code blue team)
Hospitalists do all Rapid Responses (physicians only). Intensivists available for support as needed
Excellent subspecialty support represented at the hospital
EMR EPIC
NP PA with inpatient hospitalist experience
APP COMPENSATION: Night APP, $170,000 + Productivity Incentive
