- 7on / 7off schedule
- Average 15 shifts per month
- 7a-7p for days and 7p-7a for nights
- Procedures most generally are not required but some locations do need physicians who are open to procedures.

- ARIZONA, SIERRA VISTA Day or Night
- CALIFORNIA, RED BLUFF Beautiful Northern CA
- GEORGIA, SAVANNAH IM OR FM, NO new grads
- IOWA, CEDAR RAPIDS Day/Night and Swing $309,400 annually plus bonus
- NEW MEXICO, CLOVIS Day or Night position, $50k sign-on and J1s are welcome open to new grads
- WASHINGTON, ARLIGHTON Values work/life balance and offers 10on/10off for those that want it compensation over $350k
