HNW Business Director - Opportunity for Relocation from the UK

My client is a boutique advisory firm, founded in 2019, that provides bespoke solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, families, and businesses seeking to establish or expand their presence in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

They advise on everything from wealth structuring, succession planning, and asset protection to business setup, accounting, tax compliance, and residency solutions. They recently joined a larger group which is a leading independent fiduciary and administrative services group, strengthening their ability to support clients globally.

The Role of the HNW Business Director

They are seeking a highly connected and commercially minded HNW Business Director to help drive the growth across the MENA region. This is a client-facing leadership role, with a strong existing network of HNW and UHNW individuals and families and would ideally be suited to a private client lawyer, tax specialist, or adviser.

The HNW Business Director will be responsible for originating new client relationships, advising on complex structuring and succession matters, and working alongside the CEO and group to deliver integrated solutions to their clients.

Key Responsibilities for the HNW Business Director
  • Business Development: Leverage your network to originate new client relationships and referral channels among UHNW individuals, families, family offices, and intermediaries.
  • Advisory: Provide specialist advice on wealth structuring, asset protection, tax planning, and succession strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted adviser to clients, building long-term, high-value relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and colleagues across The Summit Group to deliver seamless, "one-stop-shop" solutions for clients. Also building cross-product and jurisdictional client offerings with members of the Global Group of offices.
  • Market Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand Sanctuary's footprint across the UAE and wider MENA region.
Candidate Profile for the HNW Business Director
  • A proven professional background in private client law, tax, wealth advisory, or fiduciary services.
  • An established network of HNW and UHNW individuals and families, with the ability to bring in new business.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as wealth structuring, tax planning, trusts, or succession planning.
  • Experience advising clients with complex, cross-border needs.
  • The ambition to relocate to the UAE (if currently UK-based) or already be based in the UAE.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business development skills.
  • Integrity, discretion, and credibility at the highest levels of client engagement.
