About the RoleJoin a leading public sector service provider at HMP Liverpool, supporting the facilities' management team on-site. As an Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and direct messages to relevant departments
- Maintain accurate records and complete essential paperwork
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Use various software systems to manage data and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service standards
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar admin role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
