Responsibilities related to the high-performance management of a football program, particularly focusing on the Senior Men's team. It includes tasks such as implementing performance plans, managing rehab and conditioning strategies, analyzing player data, and ensuring strong communication among coaches, medical staff, and performance assistants. The role also involves supporting junior development, staying updated on performance trends, and maintaining elite standards across all programs.
- Collaborative Planning: Work with coaches to implement structured plans that elevate team performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate performance measures and targets for continuous improvement.
- Individualized Programming: Apply high-performance programs tailored to players' needs in conditioning, strength, and rehabilitation.
- Strategic Development: Create both short- and long-term strategies to maximise player potential.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Use performance data, including GPS tracking, to inform decisions and optimize training.
- Injury Prevention & Rehab: Develop strategies to prevent injuries and ensure optimal return-to-play conditions.
- Communication Management: Maintain strong communication between coaches, performance staff, and medical teams.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations to identify and enhance player strengths.
- Elite Standards Implementation: Uphold elite performance standards across all programs (e.g., PANFS trademark).
- Human Movement / Coaching / Exercise / Sports Science Degree
- Qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach
