What You'll DriveOwn the formulations vertical, from roadmap to execution.
Build a product pipeline that matches our launch cadence and long-term vision.
1) Formulation & Product Development- Research, design and prototype clean-label products across powders, capsules, RTDs and mixes.
- Combine knowledge of bioavailable, synergistic ingredients with creativity to make products that truly deliver.
- Source ingredients that are traceable, tested and uncompromising in quality.
- Integrate validated Ayurvedic, TCM and other traditional actives with modern clinical science where relevant.
- Work with scientific advisors to ensure efficacy and safety benchmarks are met.
- Ensure compliance with UAE, GCC and international standards (GMP, HACCP, Halal, FSSAI, FDA, clean-label etc).
- Oversee testing, stability studies and shelf-life work to prepare products for scale.
- Work with founders, supply chain and manufacturers to turn prototypes into scalable products.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, customer service and education teams so the science translates into stories people understand.
- Build and mentor a lean team and network of external R&D partners.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, rigor and creativity with the ambition of making preventive health mainstream.
- Master's or PhD in Nutraceuticals, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry or related.
- 15+ years in nutraceuticals/supplements formulations, with at least 5 in leadership.?
