About the roleLead a team of engineers to achieve the following goals and objectives for products in the LCM (Life Cycle Management) stage. As the business evolves, this role will expand to include supporting market expansion initiatives and leading quality readiness for new SKU launches within established and emerging markets.
Key responsibilities- To achieve warranty goal through continuous Product Quality Improvement programs
- Manage quality for product in field and logistic system to minimise interruption to supply to the market
- Production Sustaining - minimise interruption to production associated with material/component unavailability triggered by external causes, e.g. end of life
- Continuity of compliance to new and changed regulatory requirements
- Knowledge accumulation in Quality learning and share with Breville Product Development Team
Build and lead a global fault diagnosis centre that works in conjunction with call centres (via Salesforce), a technical diagnosis team, product development engineers and analyses consumer reviews to rapidly diagnose product faults.
We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have- 5-10 years of experience in Quality Management and leadership roles
- Strong technical understanding of product lifecycle management and sustaining engineering
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across global regions
- Experience working cross-functionally with call centres, factories, and product development teams
- Strong problem-solving and fault-diagnosis capabilities using analytical tools and data insights
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
