Head of Legal - FinTech
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the legal function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with the Central Bank of the UAE, DIFC, DFSA, ADGM, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Provide legal guidance on new product launches.
- Manage external legal advisors effectively and cost efficiently.
- Law degree from a reputable university;
- 12+ years PQE, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in FinTech, payments, banking, or financial services law within the UAE and international markets.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and provide practical, business focused legal advice.
