We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and execution-focused professional to establish and lead the Fitout Division. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of multiple luxury interior fitout projects while driving division growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. This is a leadership role requiring deep expertise in project delivery, subcontractor management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage and deliver 10-15 large-scale interior fitout projects concurrently
• Establish Fitout as a core business vertical over 2 years
• Review tender documents to identify risks and scope gaps.
• Collaborate with Business Development on commercial and technical negotiations.
• Support in RFIs, sample approvals, contract finalisation, and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Drive full and proactive coordination with production and procurement.
• Lead timely resolution of escalations, ensuring minimal impact on client satisfaction or company reputation.
• Build strategic subcontractor and supplier relationships to enhance delivery capacity.
• Establish long-term partnerships with mutual value creation.
• Ensure real-time project tracking and reporting accuracy.
• Promote team development

• 10+ years in interior fitout project management, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of commercial negotiation, subcontractor management, and technical execution.
