As Head of Department, you'll oversee a task based team of 8 staff and manage a portfolio of approximately 800 properties. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of the department and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service.

We are seeking a natural born leader! The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this position will have:
- Proven leadership experience in property management, with a strong record of team success
- In depth knowledge of QLD tenancy laws and minimum housing standards
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and people skills
- Confident in budgeting, financial reporting and performance analysis
- Skilled in managing risk and resolving conflict with a solutions first approach
- Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence
- Has a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
