Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the mathematics department, including planning, curriculum development, and teaching strategies.
Monitor and evaluate teachers performance, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Ensure curriculum alignment with school standards and accreditation requirements.
Oversee assessments, examinations, and student progress tracking.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate cross-disciplinary activities.
Maintain a positive learning environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends and curriculum developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Masters in Mathematics, Education, or related field.
Proven experience as a Head of Department or senior teacher in Mathematics.
Experience with American Curriculum preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Passion for student success and curriculum innovation
