Now this is a big role.
We've partnered with a world class startup here in Dubai who are building a tech for good product in the Fintech/AI domain and are backed by some of the leading VC's in the world that we're convinced will be an incredible success story.

- The product is amazing - they're building an AI powered product within the Fintech world to truly help people manage their money.
- They absolutely love technology and place it at the heart of everything that they do - they're software geeks and they're absolutely proud of it.
You'll be reporting directly to the CEO and be responsible for:
- Leading and growing the data team from scratch.
- Driving data strategy, analytics, and ML initiatives across the business.
- Partnering with Product and Engineering to build a "best in class" technology division.
- Building a modern data stack for scalable and reliable insights.
- 8+ years in Data Science or Analytics, with leadership experience.
- A background in FinTech, BNPL or Payments would be a huge plus. Alternatively, if you've been part of a business that grew from startup to scale up this also works.
- Strong Python, SQL, and cloud (GCP/AWS) skills - we need someone who's still happy to be hands on.
- Arabic speakers are at an advantage.
- Relocation and visa support available for international candidates.
- 3 stage interview process, urgent hire.
