RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic & Revenue Leadership
    • Define and execute BD and partnership strategy across all verticals.
    • Identify and pursue high-impact partnerships with protocols, exchanges, VCs, trading firms, and DAOs.
    • Drive 300%+ revenue growth through targeted initiatives, market expansion, and structured deal-making.
  • Ecosystem Building
    • Design partnership ecosystems that generate network effects and long-term compounding value.
    • Develop tailored relationship frameworks across client types-from early-stage projects to institutional desks.
  • Startup Execution
    • Bring hands-on startup experience: comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and process building from zero.
    • Set up scalable infrastructure: lead pipelines, onboarding workflows, dashboards, and CRM systems.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and grow a global team of 5+ BD professionals, setting clear KPIs and coaching high performers.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, data-driven execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Sales & BD Background
    • 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
    • 3+ years in the crypto/web3 ecosystem.
  • Leadership
    • 2+ years leading a team of at least 5 people, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven Impact
    • Demonstrated success in driving 3x revenue growth or equivalent performance outcomes.
    • Experience building and scaling BD systems and partner programs from scratch.
  • Crypto-Specific Advantage
    • Experience in Market Making or OTC is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
    • Bonus points for trading or capital markets experience, especially with tokens or liquidity management.
  • Soft & Hard Skills
    • Outstanding communicator and negotiator-equally comfortable with founders and institutional decision-makers.
    • Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, incentive structures, token economies, and strategic deal structuring.
    • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and KPI-driven operations.
