Lead Growth in Mining Exploration Technology
Imagine leading the commercial strategy for a company that's transforming mining exploration with sensing technology. This is your chance to shape the future of an industry, secure major clients, and scale a high-performing business development team.
We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader who can combine big picture thinking with hands on execution.
In this role, you'll:
- Drive the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to closing high value contracts.
- Translate complex mining exploration technology into clear, compelling value for clients.
- Build strong relationships with major mining, defense, and industrial partners, as well as government stakeholders.
- Scale and mentor a business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and results.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align market strategy with product innovation and long term growth.
The ideal candidate has startup or scale up experience, thrives in fast moving environments, and can confidently navigate complex commercial and technical landscapes.
