Group Fitness Trainer
Location: F45 Training Brunswick West, Melbourne (free membership included)
We're a high-energy, community-driven studio delivering functional group training with impact. You'll get to coach beyond routines-help build relationships, drive membership growth and be part of a team where your name matters.

- Deliver high-intensity F45 group training sessions that energise and engage participants

- Act as a motivator, leader and community builder both inside class and out
- Contribute to studio growth via sales, retention strategies and local promotions
- Support and engage with marketing, social media and local community initiatives
- Prior experience in group fitness training or personal training
- Sales, marketing or social media experience preferred
- A strong communicator who connects easily with people
- High-energy, self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented and team-spirited
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR certification
- Relevant insurance coverage
- Certificate IV in Fitness, Exercise Science degree or Fitness Australia registration preferred
Approximately 10-25 hours per week including early mornings, evenings and weekend sessions.
