We at Body Fit Training - Glen Waverley are on the hunt for superstar fitness coaches to join our team on a Full-Time, Part-Time, & Casual basis.

We are a group fitness boutique studio that runs a variety of classes with an emphasis on strength and conditioning in a functional way.

About us:

Australia's newest and most advanced group training methodology. Ever evolving, we've incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.

Our programs are designed by one of Australia's most elite high-performance, strength and conditioning coaches, ensuring our programs remain cutting-edge and results-driven.

About the role:

We are looking for a happy, friendly fitness coach to join our team who has an eye for technique, is reliable, can bring energy, is confident and has a passion and drive for this position.

This role includes a mix of mostly on-floor hours delivering BFT fitness classes but also some off-floor hours coordinating our member journey, and executing our vision of developing a thriving community.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain good member retention stats.
  • Develop and help foster a positive, motivational, and community-based team training environment.
  • Assist our Head Trainer and team in driving optimal results for members.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure the studio is impeccably maintained.

Qualifications you need:
  • Certificate IV in Personal Training
  • Current First Aid and CPR
